Building is free

Describe your idea, see a plain-English plan, and watch a first full version of your app built in a live preview. No card needed.
You sign in with your email first. You get one free build a month.
After the build you get a set amount of free changes. The builder shows how much you've used.
Nothing goes on the public web until you pay to publish.

$349, one payment, for your first year. You see the price before you pay, and that's the price you pay.
Founding price: $249 for the first 50 apps published. One founding price per person. In return we may ask you for short feedback and for permission to show your app as an example. If you'd rather not be shown, tell us.
Included: your app online at its own web address, a web address registered in your name, hosting for the first year, unlimited small changes by chat plus 50 larger ones in the first year, and our guarantee.

If, within 30 days of going live, your app doesn't work the way the plan you approved says, and we can't fix it, you get your money back (less the cost of your web address, which stays yours) or you keep the code. Not both.
To ask, email hello@wavemagicwand.com. We refund to the card you paid with.
Changes you make with your own AI assistant (for example your own Claude) aren't covered.

$99 a year keeps your app online (hosting, backups, security updates). We'll email you before it renews. You can cancel any time.

Gambling, adult or regulated products, bulk messaging or automated calling, apps that store health records, copies of well-known brands, apps for children (except simple family tools that collect nothing from kids), and anything illegal. We may pause an app that breaks the law or harms others, and we tell you why.

You own your app and what you put in it. You're responsible for what it says and does. Magic Wand is for adults in the United States, in English, for now.

If your app takes payments, you are the seller and merchant of record for those sales. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms. We never hold that money, and refunds, disputes, taxes and delivery are yours to handle.

Our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. This doesn't reduce our guarantee or a refund you've earned.
We aren't responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits or lost business.
Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

We keep your email, your projects and the photos you upload. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. We don't sell your information. This site counts visits with Google Analytics and honours Global Privacy Control. Details are in our privacy policy.

If we change these terms we'll tell you, and changes won't take away a refund you've already earned.
